More Google reviews, without remembering to ask.

Our Google review requests send every customer a short, polite email after their visit or appointment with a direct link to leave a Google review. It runs on its own from your bookings, asks everyone the same way as Google’s rules require, and shows you how many requests went out and how many reviews came back.

Google review requests

What it does

  • Automatic timing

The request goes out the day after a visit or appointment, when the experience is fresh.

  • One tap to review

A direct link opens your Google review box, with no searching.

  • Everyone asked the same way

No filtering out unhappy customers first, which Google does not allow.

  • Works with your bookings

Connects to our booking plugins, or to a simple list you upload.

  • Polite limits

Each customer is asked once, and anyone who opts out is never asked again.

  • Results

A monthly count of requests sent and new reviews on your profile.

How we build it

Built to order on the same engine as our live restaurant booking plugin, then installed and set up for you.

How we install it

  1. 1

    A 30-minute call

We look at your Google profile and where your customer emails come from.

  2. 2

We build and set it up

Timing, wording and your review link, connected to your bookings.

  3. 3

    Test it

You receive a test request and check the link.

  4. 4

    Switch it on

Requests start going out after each visit.

What it costs

We install it and set it up for your business. You get one fixed price in writing after a 30-minute call, before any work starts.

Common questions

Is it allowed to ask customers for Google reviews?

Yes. Google allows businesses to ask for reviews, but not to offer incentives or to only ask happy customers. The plugin asks everyone the same way.

Where do the customer emails come from?

From your bookings, appointments or orders, with the customer’s consent to be contacted about their visit.

Will it ask the same person twice?

No. Each customer is asked once per visit at most, and opt-outs are respected.

Why do reviews matter so much?

Google says local results are ranked on relevance, distance and prominence, and prominence takes reviews into account.
